Glad to be back at home the U15s hit their straps from the first bounce, with Ayden Froud in his first game back from injury scoring the first goal. Cieren Wood followed up with the Island’s second goal soon after, before Froudy snagged his second. Jarrod Black and Alex Officer also joined the goal kickers list, and the Island was off to a flying start.

The second quarter was a bit of a stalemate. Craig Justice provided the highlight with a great snap for goal, and Tim Van Cuylenburg also scored a goal, giving the Island a 49 point lead at half time.
